Review:

Given the price, it's a good solid service and
I was happy with the minisite that I received.

The only downside is.. the time taken from
submitting my requirements to receiving the
completed site could have been shorter.

On the upside, I received regular progress
updates and opportunities to request small
changes to the design.

Hi John,

3-5 working days is for the preview design (and we did deliver your preview design in 3 working days. You placed an order on August 18 and we had your preview design ready on August 21).

Obviously if you don't like our preview design (which is what happened in your case), we have to redesign/tweak the design to your satisfaction (since this is what we promised our customers - unlimited revision until customers are satisfied with the design). This took additional time as communication and updates went back and forth until you liked and approved the final design.

When i got your excellent blogging guide a few months back, I didn't realise that you created minisites too. It looks like you are the King of minisite design.

I will definitely be placing an order when you are taking orders again. Meanwhile, a quick question ... Do I need to provide any text for you for headlines and banners etc, or do we just tell you the concept and do come up with words too. I realise that it's a template and that we put in the main text elements ourselves ... but was just wondering about for banners etc.

Regarding the text to be put on the headline/banners, customers would provide us with that information as they know their markets a lot better than us. So it would make much more sense for customers to supply that information rather than we coming up with something that does not convert.

I hope that clarifies your question.

It looks like you are the King of minisite design. I will definitely be placing an order when you are taking orders again. Meanwhile, a quick question ... Do I need to provide any text for you for headlines and banners etc, or do we just tell you the concept and do come up with words too. I realise that it's a template and that we put in the main text elements ourselves ... but was just wondering about for banners etc. Thanks Kate
