PR and DA stands for Page Rank and Domain Authority.

Guest posts create a new page (a blog article) on the chosen website. The page itself will be fresh, so it will naturally have no PR. DA stands for domain authority, so this references the domain. The domain itself will be PR4 and DA4 and greater.
