Do you design logos? Yes of course!

Do you do eBook covers? Yes we do!

Do you do business cards? Yes we do!

Do you do Facebook timeline images? No, sorry, not at the moment.

Do you design banner ads? Yes we do!

How long it takes to design a logo? 24-48 hours, sometimes less

How long it takes to design a eBook cover? 24 hours or less.

How long it takes to design a business card? 24-48 hours, sometimes less

Do I get my designs before or after I pay my invoice? You will be able to see your design before you pay your invoice. Keep in mind that all graphics will have watermarks, and will be removed once invoice is paid in full.

Do you supply psd, vector, and other graphic files? Yes we do! All files are delivered once invoice is paid.

What if I don't want a banner ad as my bonus, can I get something else? Yes you can! You can get a free business card design instead. Just let us know when you order.

Why are you offering invoicing instead of getting prepaid? We want to eliminate the risk associated with working with a new, unknown service provider.

Do you offer revisions? Yes we do! We offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost to you.

What forms of payment you accept? We accept PayPal.

Do I have to wait forever for you to respond to my email? No, of course not. We usually respond within 1 hour during regular business hours, 9:00 AM - 5PM (eastern), Monday - Friday!

I hate your designs, can you do better? Sorry you don't like our designs, but if you work with us, we'll make sure to work with you until you do get a design you really like.

Can you charge less for my design? Unfortunately we can't. Because of all the risks we take so you don't have to, we believe that our prices are fair and reasonable for the work, quality, and guarantees we provide.

I reached out to Jason with an enquiry for logo creation & business card design,
My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly & he quickly turned round a logo design. I feed back to him on the intial concept & after a number of revisons my new logo was decided upon.

He then went on to create layout for my business card & again after some revisons the final layout was decided upon.

He was very patient during the process, delivered to time scales given & even surpassed them on a number of occasions. Nothing was too much trouble & it was a pleasure to deal with him.

I will be using Jason more in the future & would have no hesitation in recommending him.
