How long will it take to make my campaign?
We get campaigns back to you within 48-72 hrs for approval. Once the campaign launches, your campaign will stay up until the number of impressions has been maxed out.

What kind of results can I expect?
After running ad campaigns with us, our customers get a noticeable increase in foot traffic, signups, and calls to their businesses. However mobile advertising should be part of an good overall marketing strategy-it is NOT a cure all.

What do you need from me to create the campaign?
It varies depending on the campaign but we ask for the following:

Name of business
Business’ website link
Any specific targeting requests (location, date & time, demographics
Any add-ons you may need

Our ad campaigns are made in the mobile friendly 320x50 format. This is the most widely used format in mobile and guarantees that your ad will be seen on the most devices possible. Our rich media ads start at 320x50 and expand up to full screen.

Do you offer refunds?
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. That said, we only offer full refunds if you request them BEFORE your campaign is launched on ad networks. There are no refunds after that.

Why don’t you sell ads yourselves?
We want to focus on building the best ads possible and let you focus on managing your customers. We may eventually start offering our services to the general public but will always offer steep discounts to marketers on this forum.
