You sales page is not very clear.

"Link Packages SPECIAL 2 SUBMISSIONS 14 DAYS APART until SEPT 1rst.

Alpha Package 25 keywords $109.00
Beta Package 12 keywords $87.00
Gamma package 5 keywords $47.00

What does this mean?

For example, if I buy Gamma package and give you 5 url with one keyword each, that's 5 keywords. So I will pay $47.

Then what will you do for my site?

You will do 2 submissions for my url and keywords, and will do the second after 14 days of the first submission?

But what does one submission exactly mean?

Sorry for the confusion. Our network will block duplicate requests for link submissions with in a 14 day span. The reason for this is for your sites protection. We don't want to overbuild links. we have a built in algorithm that crawls our network and matches the best content against your site for the best backlink placement.
On average you will see your site start to move up in 14 days, I am offering a second submission as a bonus when will start the cycle over again with a entirely new set of links and completely different footprint.

There is also the matter of indexing, as with all sites some days you will get more bot traffic than others. We do our best to throttle the bots when a "swarm' comes so your links index over time. We do this to mimic human behavior. This also helps in leaving little or no footprint.

Finally you certainly can submit 5 url's and 5 keywords. they can be different sites or inner pages.
