| Hello there, I have replied to your PM, but would like to explain it here as well just in case anyone else has the same question/request. I understand what you're trying to do, but Blogger (Blogspot) is not an actual hosting company - it's a plat form similar to Wordpress. What you'd have to do is if you decide to host with us, install Wordpress from our 1 click installer, then import your content from your Blogger site. If I'm not mistaken, there is an option to export your content from Blogger, then import it into Wordpress. Thanks, Brent |

Hi I have just taken a standard sharing account on monthly billing and want to take CR-10 reseller also. Before taking up that I have a query about coupon. When I select yearly plan, the coupon code was not working. I can see that you have already discounted the yearly plan comparing with monthly but it is still higher if you take up the monthly option + discount. Is there any particular reason? Regarding my experience with standard account i got excellent support when i struck with registration which is really a plus point for me. After that it just took me exactly 4 minutes to register and get the cPanel details. Even big host companies takes hours to send these details. It is just too good for me today as I have to finish this by Sunday evening. Thanks for your excellent and smooth transaction process . Without quality support, our customers would leave, and if our customers leave, there's no LiquiLayer Technologies. While we don't technically have phone support at this time, as I mentioned, I have no problem providing customers with my direct number. In the near future, we will be bringing on phone support that will be listed on our website. I do plan on adding tier 1 type phone support in the future, but with my standards, this would be in-house only, not outsourced where you need to jump through hoops to get an answer; it won't be like calling the phone/cable company. At the moment, we don't have the overhead for this. As far as my current techs go, we, including myself are Systems, Storage & Network Engineers with myself having 9+ years in the industry and my lead tech having more. You will never get support responses that cannot be handled by the responding tech, and if you do, I would certainly need to know about it. There have been a few times that we have had to escalate certain "network" issues with our datacenters, but generally everything is handled by our support. We don't have Tier 1, Tier 3, Tier 3 etc, only ticket priorities - Low, Med, High. Generally all support is handled through the support desk, which makes it more efficient for us to troubleshoot some issues. If an emergency arises, a call can be placed to my direct line. I can also assure you that you will never, get a "We'll call you Monday". Hopefully I have addressed your concerns, and feel free to ask away if you have any more questions. Thanks, Brent | |
