Could not help myself after viewing the offers here I had to lash out on TurnKey Ultimate ROOT I Reseller.

I have been looking for VPS with cpanel and have come across some real dud offers and the current one I am on has given me my worst hosting nightmares yet.

I will give more of a review after everything is setup and propagated.

When it comes to the price per ticket, it completely depends on the complexity of the ticket, or the customer can purchase a management plan to alleviate any per ticket fees.

Referring to Sales Ticket #AAV-325-71507, the sales manager said the 75% off coupon can't apply to the upgrade even I raise the upgrade request in 48 hours since I join.

Also, the sales manager has blamed me that I have open so many tickets. But the truth is I only open one ticket for this issue. You can feel free to check and verify.

I am so disappointed and going to cancel the order & request the refund.

You purchased your package during our 75% off promotion, which is no longer being offered. You now, which we are more than happy to do, requested an upgrade. We clearly mentioned that if the 75% off promotion was no longer going on, you would receive the promotion that was currently valid, which is our Holiday Gift Grab promotion.

As for the multiple tickets, our support department mentioned to you on Saturday that the sales department would re-open on Monday Morning to fulfill your sales request, you happened to come onto support chat 4 times, and respond to your ticket more than 6 times looking for an update.

Our team here is more than willing to assist you with anything that you need, and again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

As the offer has been ended even I raise the upgrade request in 48 hours since I join. I admitted that its my fault on not choosing the right plan at the beginning. May be I interpret wrongly your clarification for applying the coupon on upgrade.

But you have offered me the 40% off on 21 December 2012 07:49 PM, but the offer suddenly changed to 20% off today. But 22 and 23 Dec are holiday and the sales dept are closed. I really can't contact sales dept to clarify and take the offer when the sales dept are closed.

I can confirmed that I only raise one ticket for this issue only. As I have mentioned in the ticket, as i have taken a smaller plan and the VPS can't capable to run the software and the cpu load is always 100%, so I need to have the cpu upgrade urgently. Understand that 22 and 23 Dec are holiday, but going to sales live chat channel 4 times in 48-55 hours and see if anyone there can solve my problem. I think I haven't abused your service and it is reasonable. Also eveytime I chat with Joe J in live chat, I pretend to be nice and polite. I guess I have thanks him more than 10 times already and I am really appreciate for his assistance.

I admitted I should be patient, but treating new customer like that seems not that nice too. I am not talking about "customer is king". But, at least show some respect and patient to listen your customer's problem and needs.

I am not here to complain or no offence to your company. The offer of your company is nice and support staff like Joe is helpful. May be there is just some mis-communication and your products may fit other people's needs here.
