Frankly if you're strictly price conscious with regards to your hosting, then you aren't taking your business seriously. If you wanted to get into racing cars, would you even bother showing up to your first race in a Yugo? Would that really show that you're taking this endeavor seriously? Plain & simple, price should never be at the top of your list of criteria for a web host for your business. Frankly, generic hosting is a commodity item, and it's become stupidly cheap. When I was starting out 8 years ago, I even used free hosts that did their job nicely. But the moment I got serious about my online business... I recognized that I was getting what I paid for. Even big name hosts, like Hostgator for example, could NOT cut it. The moment I learned how to send them real traffic volume, they all would shut me down. Their servers were simply configured to be one thing - CHEAP. They put hundreds, even thousands of accounts on a single machine, and everyone gets a TINY slice of the pie. Not only that, but any individual who uses too much of the server's resources, brings down EVERYONE else on the server. So if you're serious about your business and your traffic, what are your options? You can get a VPS... that's a step in the right direction. But at $50/month and up for something with a reasonable amount of power, you may not quite be ready for that cost if you're just starting out. Plus a VPS is still just a slice of the machine. You can get a fully dedicated server, but you'll either pay at *least* $100/month for something decent if it's unmanaged, or more like $200/month or more for something with some real horsepower plus good management. And let's not talk about possible bandwidth charges on the cloud. Normally those are your choices. But it's "spend money to make money," right? Well there's a third choice, one that isn't widely known because I've kept it that way. You could host on *my* personal platform. You see, a few years ago I finally decided I'd had enough with other company's hosting platforms, so I built my own. And I built it with high performance in mind. First, I put it on the cloud with Rackspace, an extremely well known and respected company with excellent infrastructure. Second, I separated out the database functionality (MySQL) from everything else, and put it on its own server cluster. This means that DB access will NOT slow down the web server (this is normally the single biggest cause of poor performance on the typical cheap webhost). Third, I've installed the CloudLinux kernel, which isolates every single account on the server. This means that no single account can bring down or otherwise impact the platform as a whole. No more server outages due to someone running a bad script! Next I added Softaculous, for easy automated installation of Wordpress and tons of other popular scripts. And of course to top it all off, I added CPanel, since personally I'm a big fan. I built this for *me*, for my personal use. But after a while many of my customers (users of LPGen, WPGen, and PPVDominator) started asking me where I would suggest they host, that would actually be able to handle high traffic volume with my software products. So I began to offer access to my platform strictly to the owners of my software products. But today, for the very first time ever (and maybe the last), I'm going to offer hosting on my platform to all Warriors. Check out the rates for yourself, you'll see that they are very competitive, especially since I've built a high performance platform. I'm not running some cheap server that costs me $89/month and then selling it to 500 people. Depending on how much traffic I personally send in a given month, I can spend into the 4 figures monthly just on the hosting platform itself. But you can share it with me for a fraction of a fraction of that. Not to mention the fact that as a marketer, I GET IT. I understand what you're trying to do, and I'm not going to shut you down the moment you send more than a few thousand clicks in a day. Or because you're running autoblogs. Or whatever. You can talk to me, tell me what you need, and I'll do whatever I can to help. I don't yet know how long I'll keep this offer open. I'm really not in the web hosting business per se, I just figured I'd help some folks out, give them something I knew was quality, and offset my own costs a little bit. When I feel I'm at capacity, I'll take this offer down. So start taking your business seriously. Get hosting *by* a marketer (that's me!) *for* a marketer (that's you!) ![]() http://www.marketerhost.com/hosting/cart.php |

That would be why I posted the link. ![]() Shopping Cart - MarketerHost.com Perhaps it needs to be more conspicuous, I always assume people notice things that often times, they don't. Jonathan |

No this is not "reseller hosting", specifically because I want to maintain control over who signs up, how many, etc. I don't just want people bringing on tons of their own clients who may or may not be right for my platform. My goal is quality, not quantity. Compared to any other shared hosting reseller, I have barely anyone consuming resources on the servers (other than me of course lol) Jonathan |

You talk about being a serious business, but you have not even branded your cart from the default whmcs page. How serious can YOU be. |

I'm plenty serious about my business. But my business is not hosting. I'm simply allowing other people to take advantage of the system I set up for myself, if they're in need of something fast, solid, and backed by another marketer who understands what marketers do online. I couldn't care less about branding my web hosting sales page, because I'm not looking to build a brand in the web hosting market. My hands are plenty full on my actual business of *using* the hosting platform that I created. Oh and Merry Christmas to you too. |

Yes, Pligg version 1.22 is available as a standard part of the hosting platform, and is installed using the included Softaculous CPanel module. Hope that helps! JVC |
