1. We don't offer any mailing list services similar to AWeber or GetResponse.

2. We use the same control panel as Hostgator and Bluehost. As per domain "compatible", when you purchase your domain anywhere you should be able to point it to any hosting company. We are compatible with Hostgator, GoDaddy and Bluehost.

hi! how are you doing? can the hosting handle a good amount of traffic? also, i have a site built on drupal that is some what heavy. will your hosting be able to load it a bit faster. the current hosting i have now loads it a bit slow Apple Tutorials One Stop Spot . you can check the loading time and let me know.

We can't predict load times on our servers compared to other servers... We have some drupal customers with very fast sites and others with less fast sites. Historically we have no had fast times with drupal sites.

It does depend on the size of your page as well. Visit Pingdom Tools to see that your home page (the most often loaded page) is 2.1 MB in content and loads in 7.48 seconds. You can also see where the bottlenecks are in your site.

thanks for your reply! very honest and you actually went about putting my site through a site to analyze the situation. i greatly appreciate it. is 2.1 MB to much? also, can i up grade or down grade to adjust to my needs? im not sure if i will be needing unlimited domains but it seems nice to have.

2.1 MB is not a small site. We like to keep our sites home page smaller so they load faster. Our Hostdeal site is about 30% the size of your site and loads much faster.

hm, i will try to cut down on the amount of modules I use to run the site and see if that picks up the speed a bit. i plan on selling that site and keep my 2 smaller sites but before i do, i dont want to sell a slow site so tweaking it would be best.

Also, the Business plan includes 1 free cPanel account migration (including addons, less than 10gb) --- this is not included with the Small Business plan.

I am not sure who JVC is. If you tried the Hostdeal helpdesk and did not get an answer, can you please let me know the helpdesk ticket # so I can look into why you did not get a reply?

As per the unlimited issue, last years WSO had limits on FTP & emails, etc... I guess your account was created on a server that had last years package specifications.

I will have a tech review the "smallbusiness" package specification on all of the servers and this should be corrected within 24 hours.

When I opened the ticket (5-6 days ago) I had no confirmation on the mail. It was a week ago and it was on the site jvzoo. I assumed it was from the same persons as this offer, because when I paid this offer I also get the confirmation of jvzoo. But maybe jvzoo is a payment section of the warriorforum and that offer was not yours? If that is the case then I need to edit my post.

I wrote down the ticket number on a paper, but I can not find it. It was about an offer that was last week in this section and the offer was 4.95 hosting a year for 10 sites (lifetime price). I'm not sure if there was unlimited bandwidth and all the other unlimited things like this offer in this thread has. When I came to Paypal it was 9,95, so that was my question. 1 day after my ticket was made the offer was removed from this forum, so I can't point it out here. I am not sure what ticket was opened with JVZoo, but we did not get any requests. JVZoo is our payment partner / affiliate platform. Moving forward, please visit Hostdeal.com directly for support.

I'm not sure what post you're referring to where we offered unlimited for $9.95, but our current WSO since October has always been $11.95 / year unlimited hosting, with the exception of our Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion.

I'm glad the setup went well.

As I explained, the problem with the package details was due to the fact that we may have missed updating one of the servers with the new package specification.

This looks a phenomenal deal.

I am sick of excuses from my present host, who likes to resolve a problem then reply to the support request saying "it was a local internet problem that I must have had".. Very annoying.

I want to move 2 sites from another server I have, I will put them on your server. I only want to migrate part of my current server over to you, is this a problem? IE: Do I just download and backup the SQL and wordpress folder of the current site I want to transfer? The second site is a HTML site so that is on my local computer to simply upload, its the wordpress transfer my question relates to.

i purchased hosting from hostdeal. I haven't moved my site yet. it probably loaded faster because you've visited it before. try clearing your cookies/ browser history and visit it again to see if it goes back to regular slow speed. I will be moving my site over to this new host monday right after all these exams.

I made the payment and order on the button in this thread. You won´t get the discount if you go direct to hostdeal.

When I made the payment via the button in this thread everything was still automatically (and very quickly) set up for me - I thought it would have to be manually done but the process was still automated and very quick.

1 - No different IPs in the business plan

2 - No different IPs for addon domains

3 - We are currently populating accounts on 4 different servers... If you want different class C IPs, you can purchase multiple accounts.

We distribute the accounts to these servers based upon which server has the least sustained load over the last 7 days, so if you purchase 4 accounts, they may all end up on the same server or they may be on 4 different servers... If they are on the same servers and you need them moved, you will need to ask the helpdesk as this is a manual process.

I´ve never had a problem loading cPanel, loads in a second. In fact my cPanel with Hostdeal loads quicker than my other cPanels.. without doubt.

Maybe this is something to do with propagation, or because its been set up only a few minutes and its still completing? That´s a guess, im sure Richard will explain why.

Any issues jump into Live Chat with them, that´s in real time and they should explain.

I can't really answer your question other than to say that there are no issues on any of our servers right now.

If the cPanel is not loading, perhaps our firewall has locked you out of port 2082/2083.

I would recommend opening a support ticket at the site Hostdeal or Live Chat.

I am considering getting a second server but it would need to have different IP etc..

I have just purchased but I keep getting timed out when I try to log in the cpanel. I will try this tomorrow again.

I am sick of excuses from my present host, who likes to resolve a problem then reply to the support request saying "it was a local internet problem that I must have had".. Very annoying. I want to move 2 sites from another server I have, I will put them on your server. I only want to migrate part of my current server over to you, is this a problem? IE: Do I just download and backup the SQL and wordpress folder of the current site I want to transfer? The second site is a HTML site so that is on my local computer to simply upload, its the wordpress transfer my question relates to.

Excellent service so far, had a few teething problems, they were resolved very promptly in live chat.. also put in a support request via ticket and that was dealt with within minutes. I transferred a few of my sites over and they are defo loading faster. This was also confirmed by that Pingdom tool. From what I have seen so far, highly recommended!

We host 4,000+ Warrior Sites! I´ve never had a problem loading cPanel, loads in a second. In fact my cPanel with Hostdeal loads quicker than my other cPanels.. without doubt. Maybe this is something to do with propagation, or because its been set up only a few minutes and its still completing? That´s a guess, im sure Richard will explain why. Any issues jump into Live Chat with them, that´s in real time and they should explain.

It comes up once a while then gets time out.
