hi! how are you doing? can the hosting handle a good amount of traffic? also, i have a site built on drupal that is some what heavy. will your hosting be able to load it a bit faster. the current hosting i have now loads it a bit slow Apple Tutorials One Stop Spot . you can check the loading time and let me know.

Hi, Signed up a couple of days ago for the unlimited business package. Got instant login details, have pointed a couple of domains this way and installed wordpress. Everything is working very well so far! A truly fantastic price, just hope it doesn't go the way of warriorhost! Just one thing I did have trouble finding the link for my cpanel, tucked away in an email in the client area. Hi, I just bought the unlimited small business and everything look smooth. I tried the help desk of jvc a couple of days ago but get no respond, so I ask my here question here : On the offer it says: Unlimited storage, bandwidth, Unlimited databases, Email accounts, Ftp accounts. But on my cpanel none of the bolds is the case: See screenshots: Offer: http://i.imgur.com/EfYh3.jpg Cpanel http://i.imgur.com/6Uhgh.jpg Here you see: Ftp accounts 10, Databases 25, Email accounts 100, Disk space usage 10,000Mb, Bandwidth 100,000Mb. As per the unlimited issue, last years WSO had limits on FTP & emails, etc... I guess your account was created on a server that had last years package specifications. I don't think so because of the amount of postings. It is not very urgent for me, because I have now this deal. After I saw this offer, I was also very happy and set the ticket on 'resolved'. My weekly cc cleaner maintenance removed the exact url with the ticket number from my browser history. With this offer everything went smooth and fast, also the speed of the host is perfect. I also experienced that speed is very important for the visitors of the site, as you pointed out above at 'the every second counts' section. So your hosting service is far above my expectations and recommended for everyone who are looking for a very good deal to host their websites. Your website looks clear and professional to me and easy to use for me as costumer. The only thing were the differences I showed at my screenshots. This looks a phenomenal deal. I am sick of excuses from my present host, who likes to resolve a problem then reply to the support request saying "it was a local internet problem that I must have had".. Very annoying. I want to move 2 sites from another server I have, I will put them on your server. I only want to migrate part of my current server over to you, is this a problem? IE: Do I just download and backup the SQL and wordpress folder of the current site I want to transfer? The second site is a HTML site so that is on my local computer to simply upload, its the wordpress transfer my question relates to. |

Purchased last night, everything was set up within minutes. Excellent service so far, had a few teething problems, they were resolved very promptly in live chat.. also put in a support request via ticket and that was dealt with within minutes. I transferred a few of my sites over and they are defo loading faster. This was also confirmed by that Pingdom tool. From what I have seen so far, highly recommended! |

I haven't moved my site yet. it probably loaded faster because you've visited it before. try clearing your cookies/ browser history and visit it again to see if it goes back to regular slow speed. I will be moving my site over to this new host monday right after all these exams.

Iīve never had a problem loading cPanel, loads in a second. In fact my cPanel with Hostdeal loads quicker than my other cPanels.. without doubt. Maybe this is something to do with propagation, or because its been set up only a few minutes and its still completing? Thatīs a guess, im sure Richard will explain why. Any issues jump into Live Chat with them, thatīs in real time and they should explain. |

| Yeah - it must be on your end: Down For Everyone Or Just Me -> Check if your website is down or up? I would recommend emailing support@hostdeal.com with your IP and explain that you can't get to your cPanel or the hostdeal.com website. You can find your IP at What's My IP Address? Networking Tools & More If they don't get back to you shortly, then fire off a PM and I'll see if I can get them to resolve the problem; but it would be quicker to send them an email because I'm not always available on the forum. |
