I went to your website and there was a testimony there stating that you helped someone to turn their VPS into a VPN. Does this cost extra?

Also, if I wanted to run software from a remote desktop instead of my own very old and slow computers at home can I do that through you?

OK thanks signed up for the VPS in the UK data center found a 25% off code on site

So far so good the VPS is unmanaged and in the higher end ones you can add c panel for 10 a month. After talking to Patrick he said they had a free panel called Kloxo, so I swapped my install from Cent OS 6 64bit to the Cent OS 5 32bit Kloxo image and within minutes I was up and running with a panel hosted two domains onto account and as I was using vanity name servers already changing the A record for me took a matter of minutes to pull through. Have one site running on their so far and all seems to be good

Well worth the £4 for a UK data centre a month should move up to diiferent packages too once I know everything is OK main concern was if I would be able to install a panel myself but Kloxo seems to be doing the job fine for now.

I cannot stress enough to stay away from this host.

On Monday, they sent out a notice that they no longer would be offering shared hosting packages and would be cancelling all shared accounts on Friday, leaving webmasters with just a few days to find a new host and move their site.

Furthermore, instead of giving an automatic pro-rated refund to their clients (I paid for a year's service upfront), they required you to request a refund through their ticket system by a certain time. Well, I accidentally submitted my ticket a few hours late. They refused the refund. When I explained that I felt it was well within my legal rights to get a refund whether I made their silly deadline or not, they completely shutdown my account.

I know they still offer VPS hosting and some other packages. If this is the kind of service they provide, I would stay far away. I have around 65 hosting accounts right now, and this is the only time I have ever had an issue like this.

By the way, my pro-rated refund would be a measly $12 or so. This is not about the money owed. It is about a horrible customer experience.
