I decided to try you guys out for a month. I placed my order, got my confirmation emails and all that jazz. But when I logged into my account it said I had only paid $0.01 and I still owed $10.99. My PayPal account indeed only shows a charge of a single penny. On the checkout page (and I can't duplicate this now) it did show $11.00. Invoice #12831 is the order in question. I am now terrified to try and pay the remaining $10.99. What if I'm charged another amount, more then the $10.99?

I am not sure where you have read these reviews. Majority of our reviews on various forums are very positive, I am not sure if I am allowed to post links here to various forums to show you.

The only time we had received bad reviews is when we upgraded all of our servers to SSD drives for better speeds and reliability. Unfortunately not a lot of clients understand that and were not patient, but you can't make everyone happy

Regarding your invoice, I just went ahead and re-ordered the same plan you ordered. I cannot replicate the error you are experiencing. I recommend you simply pay the 10.99 that is left and your account will be setup.
