Thought so to! BEFORE i did see that a invoice was coming from what i thoght was nowhere. Opened the invoice and it was from BulwarkHost!

I have requested to cancel my hosting and my account and i shouldnt worry about anything. All would be done within 24 hours! EVEN when i requested this a invoice popped up in my email.

Paid the invoice because i had forgotten to cancel the ongoing payments to BulwarkHost wich was my responsibility to do. I took care of that and my responsibility was done.

BulwarkHost! Can you take your responsibility? Doubt it?

Your responsibilty is to close my account as requested from my part wich should have been done from the start, and this would never have happend.

It is stated in our terms (https://www.bulwarkhost.com/terms/) that all clients are responsible for their recurring PayPal subscriptions and in the event that you fail to cancel a subscription for a service that's no longer active, no refunds shall be issued. Despite agreeing to our terms upon signing up, you have threatened to post bad reviews on WF if we didn't issue a refund.

If you want to close your BulwarkHost client account then we would gladly do that for you, but you will lose access to tickets, email archive, and invoice history unless you have a local copy of them. I would just like to reiterate that even if we had closed your client account prior to this issue, your recurring payment would still have been active and you would still have to login to your PayPal account to cancel it.

It was an issue with our upstream network provider and we unfortunately had very limited control over it. Contrary to your claim, the problem didn't last for "more than 1 week," and the total downtime (as in, when servers were inaccessible) was less than 24 hours. The intermittent networking issues were fully resolved 3 days after the incident was reported. Clients may have experienced additional downtime due to IP changes. All the details were sent via email and these are also posted on our blog and social accounts. Now, our servers are back to being stable and we and our upstream have taken proper measures to ensure that this does not happen in the future.

Just to let you know, the server you were on was up and stable for more than a year before the major outage happened. You were a client for many months and it's unfortunate that one incident made you label our service as "low quality hosting." Every host experiences problems at some point; the difference with us is that we're very transparent when things like this happen and we give our utmost attention and best efforts in resolving issues as fast as we can.

We respect your decision of leaving for another host but such negative comments are uncalled for. We wish you the best with your current host and we hope you don't experience any downtime issues with them.

Also had to leave it. Used it for a secondary domain (my main domains are on a VPS), and take a look at this....

And this is just 2 days! (I have records for +30 days).

As usual, they say that bla bla bla and so on. By then i was busy with other things but after moving it to another host.... guess what? No downtime.

Imho, my worst experience with a "web hosting provider".
