Best WP Plugins and Themes for Amazon Affiliate sites

Need some WordPress theme and plugin recommendations.

I want to build a couple Amazon Affiliate sites based on WordPress. I have a limited budget and trying to use only free themes and plugins from wordpress.org

I want to create individual sites for each niche, like indoor gardening, etc. Each site will have at least 15 posts and videos.

I haven't put the sites together yet, but this is what I have so far. Any additional suggested would be greatly appreciated.
