Outgoing Links Based On Location/IP?

Not entirely sure the website design section is correct but it seems fitting
One of my biggest problem when attempting to utilize CPA offers within the gaming niche is that they often target very few territories. So whereas 3 US residents click a link and get taken to the correct video-game related website, those outside the US are often taken to something totally unrelated with practically 0 chance at achieving any conversions.
I used Wordpress, does anyone know how I can change a link or content based on a users location or IP?
