Can anyone give me some feedback on my web design company?

I need to build a site that is user friendly to the layman web design prospect.

I need a good way of getting leads. I have a nice method to get traffic from facebook but so far its not working as good as I need it to. I set up a blog and put free wix templates on it but in order to download you must post our ad to their facebook wall.

Is the design good enough to be someone you would buy from. you can also check out the videos on the banner at the top.

Here's my review:

At Unix Commerce, i think you should make logo more dynamic and try to put some color at your home page so it will look more stunning. Currently it looks like combination of Black & White Color.

Hope this would make sense !!

  Yes you can put some color to make it more appealing. I have also noticed it loads slowly. Maybe my network had a problem. But if it's true, you should work to improve your speed performance

I like the fullwidth design of your site, but I agree with Goleza, it needs more color please, and hover colors, how do I know it's a link if there's no hover color?
On webdesign page "CMS's" should be "CMSs" or better just say "CMS". "Content Management System's" should be "Systems". Apostrophe not needed here. Also do you need the "-2" in the url?
The first link in your portfolio is not working.

Traffic blog design is too plain. The call to action text could be improved "Please Help Us on Facebook to Start Direct Download". I think you could find a more catchy way to say that.
