    I have a few points to improve your website:
    -I suggest to have a logo of your own and put it on the left side
    -maybe change the background, make it gradient or put pattern on it to make it a little bit complicated.
    -I think it’s better to change your font style, it’s not that appealing for me.
    -work with some details of the website and make it a little bit creative since you give information and encourage viewers to have a diet plan, I’m sure there are better ways to improve your website.

    I think you should modify following things,

    - Header
    - Background color
    - Social Sharing links from right to left
    - Make menus more dynamic like color change on hover etc
