Hi,

I'm planning on starting a web design and mobile app development agency that will be catering to small businesses, startups and large enterprises.

I wanted extensive feedback on problems that you encounter when dealing with web development companies, what did you find lacking in them and what they could have done to provide a better experience?

    Surprisingly you can find cheap web designers today. I even saw a commercial, will create a website logo for 5$. It doesn't need to be something expensive to be good. You can try with some cheap web designers and their service and then ask for professional. But it is all up to style of the user. You can get the best but still if it is not your style it worths nothing.

    I agree. What you're saying is pretty much integral to turn your business into a going concern otherwise there's no point in starting a business from the very outset if you're unable to provide as per your client's requirements or comprehend what your client wants.

    Design is the least of my worries as I have hired pretty good UI designers, UX specialists and have implemented SOPs that will help us understand a client's preferences in detail and work in an interactive, collaborative and transparent environment which would save us from a lot of typical hassles that pertain to this business.

    Waaayyy too broad, focus on an area much smaller. For instance focus on getting dentists online and help them setup appointments and attract new clients.
