What else should I have to do to my website ?

I would like to have your views on the following :
(a) Are the contents good enough to motivate a visitor to my website to contribute or volunteer his/her services ? Should I add / delete anything ?
(b) We are the first in India to show our programme Live.
(c) We are the first in India to develop a Mobile App which will give us $1 for every
download. After download one has to open the App and fill the details in "submit" icon.
Yet, visitors comments, contributions, volunteering services are not that satisfactory. What else should I do ? Can you throw some suggestions pl ?
