I wouldn't recommend using those free hosting services -- if you are using it for business or marketing purposes. Looks more professional if you actually purchase your own hosting and have a domain name. People will take what you have to offer more seriously.

Doesn't look good: hxxp://freehostsitename.com/yourusername/yourpage.html
Looks professional: hxxp://yourdomainname.com

With regards to your question... once you have a server/host for your site, you just need to upload that page unto the server on the appropriate directory (the host will provide that info). Usually, you will a file manager available on your control panel where you can browse for the file and upload it. For the more advanced user, you can use FTP/FTP software to upload your site.

Agreed, I would never use a free host for any business website. Free hosts either have adverts or limits on what you can do.

Register a domain name and get a real hosting company. You can get web hosting for $3.99 at 1and1.com or $4.99 at godaddy.com though I suspect there are other places even less expensive but remember you do get what you pay for when it comes to web hosting. Any decent host will have tutorials on how to upload files to your hosting account, usually by FTP but some will have file managers you can use from the control panel.

Try out Servage: www.servage.net

They have a great auto installer.
And a easy to understand controlpanel (inhouse programmed).
