How to Create A One time Offer Page Question?

Hello my fellow warriors how ya been? Long time no see yall. I have been pretty busy lately. I want to say sorry about all the those questions in the past. I am finally getting to work. I am getting my funnel lined up piece by piece so once its up, I can drive traffic to it to finally build a list. Right now I finally finishing up my squeeze page with a free report and I am working on my thank you page as we speak. But I have this ebook, that I want to sale as a one time offer of $9, but I don't know how to create that page. I am willing to outsource or create it myself. Any advice or help?
