Studiopress genesis framework + template [Solved]

Hi, I'm interested on purchasing this framework and template for my next WP project.

I might be able to buy one of this templates shared between some people I know. So way reduced cost, also one of them has already the framework, and we buy each one template, and can share it with each others
As far as I'm concerned, there is no problem on doing that, isn it? Isn't it GPL, and if I have the files, I can use it legally and freely 100%?
