    These are two different themes, and the first looks like it may be a paid theme (although I'm not sure because I use optimizepress for every single wordpress site) but I would suggest just suggest calling Zach, his number is right on his website on the "contact us" page or email him and ask what theme he's using.

    The best theme I have found that will let you do almost anything. Is "Customizer"

    It lets you create your site and every page exactly how you want it.

    I think the first one is Thesis (paid) and the second one is a Genesis child theme (paid). I'd check out wpsniffer so you can see Customizr, Twentytwelve & some other free themes in use to help you decide.
