Automated Link Changes?

Hi Warriors,

Here's a question for web page designers or programmers -

Assume I have a simple video squeeze page. There is only one link in the page. It is connected to a big button that says "Find out more..." and leads to a sales page for someone else's product. So far, it's only a typical page that an affiliate might use.

Here's the catch: I want to share this squeeze page between several affiliates. When the first affiliate gets a fixed number of clicks, his or her affiliate link will be removed and replaced with another affiliate's link.

If it takes 12 hours or more for each affiliate to receive their clicks, I could easily change these links manually. But if the volume of traffic increases, we might reach a point where I would have to change that link once an hour around the clock!

So my question is: Is it possible to automate the process of changing that link on that page based on the number of clicks received?

Thanks for any help or suggestions. No need to go into a lot of detail. When the time comes, I'll be happy to hire someone to do the work. Just curious as to whether it's possible and how difficult it might be.

Thanks,
Steve R.

    Simply use a link rotator.

Sounds like the same type of script people use to track solo ads. With those you can set the link to take given number of clicks, then change it to another after it's reached the limit.

I don't use it but many people recommend myclickboss and it's one of the more affordable ones.

You sure don't want to do this manually,

    Does that help?

      Thanks!

Sounds like a link rotator is just what I'm looking for. I'll check it out.
