I need help with this themeDesigns By Rhoda |! I'd like to get it to be this way Themetastic | Just another WordPress site.

I can't seem to find a way to add images my slider? How I can make bottom page larger, so I can add facebook/ social media & contact form? Also I can't see my slider on my mobile phone? Is their away to fix that?

I can't seem to find any help from wordpress.org actually. I do have a jetpack plugin with css could I use that? AND HOW??
