Domain not working on Hostgator. Please help!!

WEB DESIGN

I have registered both my domain & hosting on hostgator. I tried installing the wordpress in it, is all working fine but however, when i tried accessing my wordpress login url, it states webpage not working on my browser.

My email also have issues receiving emails. It bounces back. I tried using the live chat on hostgator but were not avail.

I read the some info online and some said need 12 hours, 24hours or 48 hours. It has been close to 24 hours.

Anyone here have similar experience or can help?? Thanks!!!

Don't know how any one here can help, if your hosting is down. Only HG can help with that. Yes they have not been the best in the last year or so.

Have you tried calling them? That usually works well.

What is the error code in the bounce message?

Have you contacted their support? There's not much anyone can do here, especially with little info..

  A case this I would just submit a ticket to them through cpanel and mark it medium priority.If you had a site that was making money that suddenly went down then it would be worth sitting on hold for 40 minutes on chat or phone to resolve it.
