Lay-out of website stacking on top of each other issue

Hey guys,

On my website...
One of my lay-out element is stack on-top of my other lay-out and it looks weird.

See the picture to understand what I am talking about.

I think I have to change the Z-index in the CSS I am guessing.

    Changing the z-index changes which one is on top of the other. Sometimes that is the solution. Other times you want to move at least one of them. No one can suggest which way to go without a better description of the issue and the url.
