Uploading a video to server

Does anyone no of any tutorials that show how to upload a video to the server.

I have a wordpress blog and, I want to use the JW Player. I've tried using Hassle free video hosting- Bits on the Run Beta, which uses JW Player. But, my HD videos take too long to upload.

Can anyone help me?

    Maybe your connection is too slow?
    Anyway, I'm doing a WSO at the moment -
    "Only for newbie and would-be HTML programmers" -
    and one of the 7 bonus videos is about using SmartFTP which I use to upload all my stuff, including videos.

      Bits on the run is in the process of improving HD uploads. They even admit that it takes hours to convert some files.
