Wordpress design help

WEB DESIGN

I want to implement on my site something like this:

Blic Online | Blic strip - Crta i pi

There's a post and just under it a navigation thumbnail strip so you can easily switch between posts, and when you add new posts it gets added to the strip.

I'm not very skilled at coding, so if there is a simpler way to do it with a plugin or something.

I was going to say the same, just use a slider plugin, plenty of them out there.

Or featured content gallery is another good one.

You can try to hire a freelancer do that on freelancer.com. It 's quite easy, I may take you not more than $50
