How Do I Assign 'easyazon' Images To WP Featured Image On Autopilot?

Hi

I want to sell a range of books and other items on my WOrdpress site via Amazon using the Easyazon plugin - a very cool tool.

The shortcodes from the plugin add the Amazon image URL into the post but I can't get the image itself to appear as 'featured' in anyway. I don't want to have to download every image to have it show up on a post.

Even adding the image URL to the post FEAT IMG field doesn't work.

How can I automate this, so the image URL in the post automatically becomes the featured image?
