Hide page on wordpress

Hey,
I work with Wordpress, and I need to make a page only available to access through a link, not by any SE, or any other way.
For you to know, this would be for pages like a thank you page after opting in on my list, or something similar.

How would one do that correctly?

    You can just add a regular page, but not link to it anywhere.

    And maybe use a SEO plugin to get search engines to not index it.

    Genesis themes have an option that allows you to set noindex for your post or page. That's what I use for my sites.
