Are there any Landing Page design tools where you can SELF host and edit the code

How's it going. Was just wondering if there were any effective Landing Page design tools (mobile friendly) that let you self host and therefore edit their HTML/CSS. I know Unbounce and Leadpages are great but from what I hear you can't edit their code and have to use their platform. This can make Landing Page load times quite slow - or at least not as fast as possible. Any suggestions would be great!

    Instabuilder 2 just added a feature that you can export any of their pages as HTML with images - or html without images.

    In Leadpages you can get and self host the code for your pages but you need to purchase the highest package.

    I haven't used Unbounce yet.

    I use instabuilder myself, and I'm very satisfied with the results I get.

    I've heard good things about leadpages and optimizePress too; I believe they've been here for longer?

    But recently though, I've noticed that simple html pages with a white background and black text convert way better than fancy pages.

    You don't want your visitor to be distracted by any bright colors or graphics. Their only focus there should be your Free offer, if you are using a squeeze page.

    If your niche/offer requires a brighter/better designed landing page to get attention and trust though, any one of the three products I mentioned above will do the trick.

    We use Optimizepress in our business and we love it. Once you're past the learning curve it's easy to quickly and easily make landing pages and membership sites. Works with WordPress (self hosting?) which is great.

      By self hosting, all I mean is that you can manually edit the HTML and CSS so you can decrease load times. Can you do that with Optimizepress and Instabuilder?

    Yes you can, to both.
    They're just WordPress plugins that help you build pages
    and you can edit them the way you want.
    They just save you from having to code from scratch.

      So I would build the page on WordPress, then export the HTML/CSS and put it on my own server? My whole reasoning behind editing the code is to decrease load times. Word Press and these Landing Page sites add a lot of unnecessary stuff that can increase load times for CPA marketing.

    I gather you want a simple html template. Try going to LeadPages, link below, and download their free templates in html that you need to edit.
    If you don't like those, search for Free landing page templates and you'll find more.
    BTW, I'm not a LeadPages user and don't have any recommendation for them one way or the other but their free templates seem plenty good and I think they have an instruction video.
