How to apply Adsense on Blogger?

I have an Adsense account, but when I'm trying to apply my Blogger's blog via the "earning" section, the sign up button is not available..
Maybe there is a limit to how many posts I need to get started? they didn't mention it in this page

    Copy and paste the code directly into your posts. It's more work but it's the best way to control the positioning.

    The signup button will appear after exact 6 month from the date of your first post in this blog.
    OR
    you can just generate adsense ads unit from your adsense account and paste in your blogger 's blog side widgets...
