How to know if a webdesign agency has a sales staff?

Hi Everyone,

I have been searching the internet looking for webdesign companies that have a dedicated sales staff of at least 2 full time sales people and have been having a hard time trying to find this info.

We currently have a few spots left in our rev share program but I am having a hard time finding qualified companies (that I trust) who have at least 2 full time sales people (to make sure they can handle the lead quantity)

Does anyone know if there is a way to see how many employees a company has and further more how many of them are sales? I know that this info may be hard to find but I find that when I ask here I am pleasantly surprised at what people know.
