When I have installed W3 Total Cache WordPress Plugins, I cant access my site.
After change the .htaccess now I can access the home page of site but none url is active.
I found a message that

Not Found

The requested URL /blog/media-center/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How do I resolve this? Can anyone help me?

Go to WP dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks.

      Click the "Save Changes" button.
This should rewrite the permalinks structure in the .htaccess file.

Zenoth above is correct - certain plugins can mess up your Permalink settings and they just need to be reset

Completely agree with you, friend. I have also done and suggested many people. It is really a good method to resolve 404 error. If in case, you are still not getting the solution, then just discuss on WordPress forum or contact with Wordpress support.

Agreed. Editing your .htaccess file with Wordpress sites isn't always easy but the permalinks fix should work. Let us know!
