    Of course you can build such kind of website design. For this, you may go with coding process or you may choose a web designing software. You can do this using HTML and CSS and write a lengthy code and you may Google for searching a best web designing software.You may use web designing softwares such as TemplateToaster, Arty etc. You can design your themes (or templates) using such kind of software and install it on respective CMS.

      I did a similar sort of thing for my Flyer business, well l did a website with nav, buttons that disappear when clicked.

      I can't say where the link is, (for my site) but you will probably figure it out, if you want to take a look?

      I didn't use Flash, as it is a bit of a nightmare to figure out, but l used HTML, and l think CSS.

      As for a clickable link appearing as well, wouldn't have a clue?

        I'm not sure what OP is asking. Can you clarify further?

        In regards to tagiscom comments about showing and hiding...jQuery is likely the most standard approach to solving that problem.
