One tip for next time is disable indexing of your site until it is ready.

If you do

site:advopal.com

on Google, you'll notice that Google has indexed loads of the example pages that came with the theme.

Also, your site is very slow. Check the output from https://developers.google.com/speed/...rl=advopal.com

I too noticed that. I set the example pages to private after the fact. Should I delete them instead? I've been using them to learn different page styles.

If they are set to noindex, Google will eventually remove them from its index.

  Know a quick way to do this without having to go into each page individually? I have Yoast which does this but can't figure out how to set all those pages to noindex all at once rather than individually.

Unfortunately there isn't any bulk way that I'm aware of.

Quickest way is to choose "Quick Edit" from the posts or pages menu and check the "Private" option. At least you don't have to open the whole article, so it's a little quicker.
