Theme Suggestions Needed For A Project I Am Stuck On

I am in need of some ideas for a theme / layout for getameme.com

I would like to know if there is a better theme to use, and your option on colors..

I know I am far from done and would love some feedback to help get my wheels rolling.

    I really like the domain. It's short, easy to remember and spell and it's a .com. Can be rare to have all that these days.

    What about a portfolio or photography type theme? I say that because it looks like you will be displaying your work, or others work.

    I would have no idea on colors. Sure no designer and don't know the niche. Why not check out similar sites, see what they are doing? You've probably already thought about it or done it.

    Nice tool, but the site looks too simple .. Since it about fun, i guess you need to add funny font for logo, titles .. etc, and make the logo inline with the menu. Also i think it's better to add a custom image field and categorize the Memes (people, animals, nature .. etc). finally i think there is no need to make all fields "required".
