i need insight on my website project, ecommerce for small business owner

i need insight on my website project, E Commerce for small business.
here is my idea:
i will travel around finding small niche business in my region. after i find the business, and turn out they are not in the web yet, i will propose my system to them.

the system itself would be casual E Commerce system where you put products/services and sell them on web. At the backend, i want clear separation between me as owner of the system (as marketer) and the small business owner (SBO) as seller.
i want 2 different price applied at products and services, which is my price (marketing price, the one people see on website), and the actual SBO price.
i want to provide the SBO with casual seller backend and dashboard where he can see orders and all their related information.
i want SBO to be informed via mobile/email when dealing with orders (new order, inventory run out, etc).
i want to be able to see all selling related metrics (revenue, profit, total order, inventory, etc) according to my price.

im planning to be very passive here. after i finish planting my system to SBO and teaching them the How-To, i will back off. i tried to be as automated as possible. my price is an increasing percentage from the actual SBO price. all activities related to order and shipping is done by SBO.

its basically marketplace system right? similar to amazon, ebay, Qoo10, rakuten, but on smaller scale.

can i do all of that in wordpress by utilize all necessary plugins and themes with very minimal amount of coding?
what im i missing in my idea?
