Hi, I am selling an ebook through ClickBank, but in addition to that I am offering a service which will require the customer to pay, then to get a questionnaire to fill out (word doc), and send back to me. What's the best way to set this up since it is not an ebook, but a word doc download? Thanks, Elizabeth |

An alternative would be to have an online form/questionnaire, rather than have them send you back a Word document file. Another option is to have your form/questionnaire in a "fillable" PDF document which they can email back to you, rather than Word. |

I agree, having a Word doc forces the user to have something they can open it with... If they don't have Word they are hooped. I like the idea of a form on your website best. This way if you wanted to, you can make them fill out the form BEFORE you give them something. It works for you 24/7 and you don't need to get the PDF back and then attempt to parse it to get the info you want. Forms could either just be sent to your email or could be stored in a DB for analysis. Your choice. Have a Great Day! |
