HTML for two column comparison chart

I am trying to put a side-by-side, point-by-point comparison of two categories of product on a page of a sales site I am building on WordPress. I know how to make an unordered list but not how to make two, side-by-side, with an underlined category name centered above each list. Aside from a little introductory copy, this will be the only thing on the page, so the whole thing should be centered. I might also want to put it in a big box.

My knowledge of html is currently very limited, but I am focusing on getting this site done and learning only as much html as I need to accomplish whatever task is in front of me at any particular time. After it is up and running I will concentrate on learning html, css, php, etc.
