Why does this "Save File" appear to save a verdana.ttf file when I visit this website?

When I go to one of my websites a "save file" popup appears. (See image below.) The site is an older HTML site that was built with the now orphaned XsitePro. Can someone tell me why that is appearing and how I can get rid of it please?

A couple things to consider...

- I get the "save file" popup with Firefox for Mac but not when I use Chrome or Safari.

- I have a little HTML popup to opt into my list that appears about 10 seconds after the visitor arrives.

Thank you very much.

This may be due to the browser itself, try resetting it and deleting history and cache and that may not happen again.

I regularly delete my history and cache in Firefox and it's after I do that stuff that it shows up again. Do you think it could be a cookie thing because of the optin to my list popup that appears?

The site may not be programmed correctly.

I didn't know a site could be "programmed" so what does that mean?
