Please review my Technology website

Hello lovely warriors, hope you are having a great day.

I have a technology website (www.onlinetechnologyworld.com) that's about 6 months old and because it's my first website, I want your feedback.

Honestly, the only problem I had was choosing the right WordPress theme. I bought many themes from themeforest, installed them but then I didn't like them. Until I came up with the Sahifa theme. It's a good theme.

So I only have 2 questions:
1. Should I stick to this theme or get a new one?
2. What would you change or add in the home page if it was your website?

And any other suggestion is really appreciated.

Thank you

    Hi,
First it appears that the link in your post is not working but I was able to find your page. My first impression is that the title is too small, over to the left. The top center was a re-tergeting ad in larger print the said "Fix Your Septic Problems". That is the first thing my eyes are drawn to.

My next impression is that the page is very cluttered, too much stuff, many pictures above the fold. When I scroll down I find three columns which for me is a big turn off, same reason way too cluttered.Your useful articles, the ones I would want to read all require that I scroll down just to find them.

The theme is find. Don't spend anymore money on themes. I have never spent one cent on themes. But do consider adjusting the set up and positioning.

try to make the logo bigger and more readable?

I dig the theme, i actually bought the Jarida and Basata theme from these guys, nice themes.

The theme is quite alright, however I agree with the previous comments about feeling the site too crowded. As well, I'd try to change the location of the ad at the top of the site since it is too distracting from the content of the site.

It's a good design, but it lacks focus.

When you don't have focus, someone comes to your page, immediately gets confused and lost as to what the page is about.

For example, not all your readers see "technology"... I land on this page and see video games, women's rights, marketing, malware.

You want to at least put the site in more focused categories, because there are a million genre specific sites they can go to where this confusion doesn't exist, and EVERYTHING is about the specific topic they're looking for.

Basically, not saying anything is wrong with your site, but with others, why would they want to use you?

    Hello,

In opinion your website looks just fine - the appreciated thing is that you made a responsive design which makes it even more visited and readable. Also the elements you have on your website are fine - i's good not having too many of them which would only disctract the attention of your viistors. In general, I would probably stay with the same template unless something big happens in design industry which would require concnetration on something else.

When talking about the things that needs to be changed, I agree with the previous commenter that the logo itself could be bigger and more visible so as you get your brand exposed more. Everything else looks good - you have an about us page, a contact page and all the social media that are really important these days.

    Good luck with your website!

the theme is nice. i see you don't play well with colors. but that's fine since if you do want to change your theme to something else, you have more available choices.

i see colors in web design as a characterization. before visitors ever read your contents, colors are hitting them first. what you used is black over white with blue as links. you have tons of choices if you want to change.

if i were you, i'd change the width of the main content. there's a lot of space on the left and right.

    It loads really slow.
With NoScript enabled, you can see almost nothing. The site is blank.

It's seems good the concept is also good but your website is lack of attractiveness.
If it is my website then I would like to change the font style and images.
Simply you have to think regarding look and feel.

The theme you're using is a very popular one, which means a lot of websites are using it, which means your website looks less unique. The layout is nice, but I think it kind-of a downside.

One thing I would change is - I would make the theme fully responsive. As far as I can test, it's only responsive for large screens and tablets, not for small mobile screens.

    Hope I helped. Cheers!
