Looking for a new Wordpress theme

I have a website in the health niche that needs to have a redesign. The current site design is not mobile friendly and not using Wordpress so I'm looking to replace it with a Wordpress mobile friendly design instead.

These are the criteria I'm looking for in a Wordpress theme:

1. Site design must function more like a static site - not a blog.
2. The design needs to look professional, similar to websites hosted by large medical organizations.
3. The design needs to have spacing for good Adsense placement whilst still looking professional.

If anyone knows of a theme that might fit these criteria, whether free or paid, please let me know.

Other than this you may try to design such kind of a theme using a TemplateToaster. Whatever theme you would design using such tool will surely be Mobile Friendly and SEO friendly. You can also place an ad and then made using such tool will surely give a professional look to your website.

    There are so many great WordPress themes out there to choose from but when it comes to finding one that fits your criteria I would recommend the Spartan theme. This theme has many features including the ones you mentioned.

    It has many widgets: social media buttons, sections with most popular and recent articles, comments and tags areas, photo and video galleries and more. The main topic of this theme is health, including its related categories like sports, travel and nature. The ad banners are present all around the website, on both the homepage and inside the articles. The design has three principal columns, two of them containing the articles from every category, while the third one is "responsible" with the social sharing area.

    Thanks all for the comments. I have decided to go with the free Heatmap theme for now. It's not 100% what I'm looking for but will do until I find something better.

      What's missing from WP the theme that you were looking for?

      Maybe you can have it done by the theme author or outside developer.

      Even better would be if those features can be added via plugins.
