    This might be better posted in the web design section of the site.

    But to answer your question, many themes have that feature built in(I assume you're referring to WordPress as the site you linked to is WP). So something you could do is find a theme that matches what you're looking for. Otherwise you can try searching for a full screen slider plugin that would accomplish that, there a lots of those, you can try doing a search on wordpress.org, or codecanyon.net .

    I guess you want to have that header which stays on the top even if you scroll down. Here is the overview of how its done.

    Create a strip like that, give it a height of some pixels and then assign position:fixed to it. It will keep that strip on the top of the page.

      Thank you guys. Sorry for the wrong section.

      HA-Dave i already have a theme but, a theme is just a "skin", you have to create the actual website yourself. I will try searching for plugins

    Do a search for jQuery sliders. There are many available. A lot of them are free too.
