Need Help with Joomla

Any Joomla experts out there? We're developing a website for a client in Joomla and have this submit form where the website visitor submits information and when they click on "submit" it's supposed to go to our client's email address. The email reaches the inbox but somehow the variable information that the visitor submits does not get transmitted.

Could this be a problem with hosting? It's hosted with Godaddy. Will willingly buy a fellow warrior a beer if anyone could help us with this problem!

    no is not a problem with the hosting.

    If you want me to have a look at the website PM me, I already have set up joomla websites with contact forms, I will need acces to the admin control panel.
