Help me check the design of my website

I got this Indian freelancer on this forum to design a website for me. I intend to post beauty related contents, and sell ads spaces in the long run on the site. The freelancer just told me he's through with the job. I want you warriors to check the design of the site for me if its marketable and if there is anything missing, kindly note it so that I can call the attention of my designer before I finally lunch the site.My Blog | My WordPress Blog The Site Is Here

      Nothing to comment about - just some random theme with random text, lots of banners and empty spaces. A big mistake if you paid for "designer" for this kind of "work", sorry.

    Honestly, the design is not good and it's ugly. You are paying a designer work so you must have a deserving design output.

    There's a lot of room for improvement. You should remove the top horizontal ad banners first.
    It seems to be a responsive website. But it lacks many layout/design elements. I wonder how
    much you are paying to that freelancer
