Free images site analysis! Is it custom built? An estimate for cost?

I have already checked it with builtwith. But it does not show there if it is a theme, a customized one, or a specifically built one! Also how about the price? The site seems pretty simply yet incredibly fast, gtmetrix give it 2 sec for a page with 10 images , and 1.7 sec for internal pages. Also the design is quite impressive. What would you quote such a simple site with fast speed and up-to-date design?

Thank you very much for you support Antonio, but your answers are somewhat irrelevant to my question.

I know i can download photography themes, i use themeforest and elegantthemes.

I am not sure of your expertise in web-development, but if you have noticed the site is not like the typical photography themes because each photo is a post and not a gallery. It is very much similar to flickr, maybe you just browsed the pages and did not click on the image which then takes you to a post with an image like here.

Update: please note that i don't want a copy of this site design, i would like something totally different but same aesthetics range.

For cost i know that price depends on country and that is why i asked for an estimate for such a functionality site with such a design which is usually expensive because not all agencies can mock-up this design and so those who can, they charge high price.

I have contacted few agencies, those like the ones that does websites and win awwwards, to get an estimate for this site and they replied somewhere around $10,000. I was just curios about the expertise of warriors here at the forums if they can confirm such a price, or if someone might figure out that this site was done use a disguised pre-made theme.

I am seeking to launch a similar project and making my research.

If anyone can give an estimate for a similar functionality and design, i would be very thankful, but please provide me with your web 2.0 portfolio so i know you are capable of such a design.
