Project for a web PROGRAMMER...

I have an offline client that would like a website built that's pretty much just like ubroadcast dot com... where folks could come in register, and create their own online broadcast for free.

He plans to monetize this site through advertising.

I'm a web developer, but this is way above my head when it comes to streaming media.

If I can't find any Warriors to develop this web app then I'll take it to Elance, or some other freelance site.
