IMO, there is a lot of improvements that needs to be done to your website. The navigation buttons are not readable. Your header must be catchy as well as the background. The images are kind of pixelated. People's attention span for advertisements and websites only last for 30secs, If you weren't able to entice them within that span of time, they will click away of your website and will cause a very high bounce rate hence affecting your Google ranking.

The site is too simple. To be honest, the opt in form does not look appealing. Maybe you can hire a designer to actually change the colours of the page so visitors are aware that they can sign up for your newsletters and be your subscribers.

  Yes the site does seem a little too plain. One could visit your site and leave never knowing that you have an offer available. The "Take Off Fat" link in the corner is not noticeable enough to receive as many click as it could.
  
  The three photos at the top have nothing to do with weight loss. They are relaxing and pleasant to look at however they are taking up precious space on the best area of your site.
  
  The button at the bottom "Your Hormone" is not really saying anything. It does not have enough of a call to action, especially considering where it's going.
  
  You have two offers bridging from the home page. The one on the top is for a low dollar amount. If a person happens to realize it's a link and click on it, then they may be off the home page before they see your bigger offer at the very bottom of the page.
  
  Perhaps you might want to consider redesigning the style and placement of your offer link and button. Changing or completely removing the three top sunset photos. The overall color scheme of the site could also use a little improvement.

Website is too normal. Make your website professionaly. You can provide a designer to actually change the colours of the page so visitors are aware that they can sign up for your newsletters and be your subscribers

I think weight loss is a really good niche now days.
but you should consider starting a wordpress site its free and there are really good options to improve your design and make it look better for low cost or even free.
wordpress will also improve your SEO since its hard to stand out with all of the weight loss blogs.

Thank you very much Cruella D for the suggestion and I believe I'm going to take you up on that. I did the website builder through Go Daddy and they really didn't have what I wanted anyway and I will not recommend them to anyone. The selection of themes are very limited unless you upgrade and then I don't think they would have what I needed. In other words you just have to settle for what they have. I do think you're right on using wordpress, they seem to have what you need and is free too. If it's free it's for me!

Break the text up on your home page, into readable paragraphs, the one thing that puts people off is great big chunks of text.

Your website is missing a very important part. A blog.
You can easily set up a blog on Tumblr or Wordpress.com and put a link in your navigation.
A blog will let you keep posting fresh content and you can drive a lot of traffic to your website through your blog. If you set up your blog using Tumblr, its even better, because Tumblr can drive some insane amount of traffic to your website if you post some nice stuff.

Your website need to have different layout. I don't feel that it is designed based on your targeted users. To lose weight, the design must look motivating and encourage women to contact you and ask queries if they have.
