Optimize Press Nav Menu and Sub Menu help

Hi,

Does any warriors know how to customize the font size of the menu in my optimize press blog? I basically want to make the font size of the submenu smaller than the menu.

I've already when to blog settings>layout structure>Header & Navigation Preferences. None of the changes to those settings work.

Any help would be appreciated.
